BREAKFAST of CHAMPIONS? But its Cikgu's Breakfast for now.
Since the start of my training routines for the greater good health. So no more ROTI CANAI, ROTI TELUR, NASI LEMAK, CHEE CHEONG FUN, FRIED MEE HOON for the time being.
Rather than just plain lifeless breakfast as most dietitians recommend...I'll opt for a more wholesome breakfast.
Nothing beats a nice sandwich(courtesy of an impulsive gambler named Earl_of_Sandwich)

and washing it down with a wholesome drink of Low Fat Milk or Soy Milk ^~^
